Thoughts for a New Year and its a bit delayed :p
This year has gone by really quickly. I kept waiting for September because that was when I was getting married, and could finally not be all stressed from the wedding planning and also not have to deal with a ridiculous job basically telling me if I took time off for the wedding I might not have a job when I get back. Of all the things I wish I could have at least worked something out with them, the kids needed a a teacher with great ideas and fun lesson plans. I believe I had that, but the staff there didnt know how to run the place and it seems the place had more problems then I thought. I learned a good lesson .. sometimes you just need to say goodbye to things in your life even if you can still believe in them. If something is stressing you out that much then maybe its time to let it go.
It seems after the wedding everything just went so quickly, and then bam its December. and soon its going to be a whole new year. Hopefully it will be filled with wonderful opportunities and many laughs and not too many hard times. We will see.
One of my new years resolutions is to stick to working out everyday, whether its T25 or walking or just quick jumping jacks and lunges. I feel much more happier when I work out, I feel like I have a better handle on life.
Another one of my resolutions is to stop with all the worrying and the negative thoughts. Things will be okay.I will make it through!
Another one of my resolutions is to become more organized. Im almost 27 I might as well have my stuff together. before I turn 30
Anywho enough about the life updates.. lets get to cooking..
So Jon pretty much loves pasta.. forget me.. Its pasta he loves. ;) and anytime I try to buy the whole wheat pasta he always has to say something about it. We tried a new dinner last week. He got the recipe from someone he works with.
Ranch Bacon Mac and Cheese
It came together pretty quickly and it made the kitchen smell all cheesy and delicious.
This is so easy that you can make two batches of it and freeze one of them for when you really dont feel like cooking..

How to make this deliciousness :
1. Preheat the oven to 350
