Its smelling like Bananas in here..

My first encounter with our new stove went pretty darn well. Even though I just made Pasta with sauce it tasted really good.  Such a good dinner.
Jon was happy.

Lately I've been craving Banana bread and the bananas at HEB looked really good. Yellow but not too mushy yet.  I think I'm just going to make a simple Cinnamon and Sugar Banana bread.. Nothing super fancy like the Peanut Butter cups one.

Jon and I made the Banana bread this morning and It smells AMAZING in here.   We finally turned in the old apartment keys in Huntsville.. thank goodness. I'm so glad we don't have to deal with them any more. Stoneleigh is so much better.. It's an actual complex.  woo hoo

 I just tasted the Banana Bread and It is delicious. It's so good I'm on my second piece.  Apparently Jon's mother made Banana bread yesterday, I guess great minds think alike.  :)

Banana Bread

The banana bread turned out all moist( ehh hate that word)  and gooey so otherwise it it is pure yummyness, and make a rainy day even better.. because yes.. It is raining yet again.. We still haven't had a day without rain.. Hope the weather gets better.
