Bakers gonna Bake..
Last week I made Orange Blueberry White Chocolate chip scones and they came out so beautifully that I wanted to make them again.. but with a different recipe.. The recipe I used last time I didnt have to freeze the butter. but this time you have to freeze your butter.. the whole purpose of the cream and the butter makes the texture truly the best..and very moist
Some people like using Frozen butter instead of just cold butter.. I have never tried it so I figured that it would be a good idea to compare which tastes better.. When you bake the scones with the frozen butter the little pieces of frozen butter melt and they release steam and create little amazing pockets of air, (which make the scones airy and also flaky and crisp on the outside.)
I am slowly getting better with estimating how big I want the scones to be and making sure they are all the right size. I inherited a Biscuit cutter from my grandmother and it is really awesome. I made icing for the scones and the recipe is a pretty easy recipe. You just mix some heavy cream and some powdered sugar..
Another recipe I tried today is Baked Goat Cheese Balls with Greek Salad. I have been watching that show Vanderpump Rules and at the restaurant they have Goat Cheese Balls. One of the people on the show likes to put them on the Greek Salad and hey why not.. Greek Salad is my favorite anyway.

I made the goat cheese balls before but I think this time they turned out perfectly.. Last time I overcooked them and they were falling apart. This time they were just crunchy on the outside and melty in the middle. mmm!
The scones look even better with icing.. You cant go wrong with icing.. Its just so sweet and drizzly. yum! ( excuse the stupid blob of icing that one just reallly liked the icing. )
