Gearing up for the Holidays

Its the busiest time of the year.. Fall/Winter and with that comes family and baking and lots of fun times.. Thanksgiving is next week ( where did the time go?) and Jons grandparents are going to be here! We haven't seen them since we were in California this past summer.
The next upcoming holiday is Christmas (well maybe its a tie because Hanukkah is on Christmas eve) Jon and I will be in NY for Christmas, lets hope my dad can find all the Christmas decorations ;)

I have a few ideas that I am filing in my to make list.


  first up..

-Another round of cookies
-Crockpot Cranberry Sauce
- Crockpot Apple Cider ( yes.. from scratch)
- Apple Pie Moonshine ( Jon has been telling me to make this for a while)
- some kind of pie for thanksgiving

I've got many plans for the kitchen and I've also got many plans for my blog too.. It is currently under construction.. I want a new layout and  theres some new things planned for it ;) I'll keep you updated!!
