Rainy day Activites

Since I used to be a Girl Scout I found out there is nothing better then Girl Scout cookies.. ( thin mints to be exact) But I just learned there is..

Girl Scout Cookie Cake bars.....These should be illegal.

They are really easy to make... I already had the Thin Mints and all I needed to buy was Condensed milk, Andes mints and cake mix and eggs.

The weirdest part about this recipe is mixing up the butter and cake mix and an egg...with your hands...  What fun!  It was gooey.   
Cutting up the Andes mints and Girl Scout cookies took some time too,I just crumbled them up and it takes all of your willpower to not sneak some.
I swear.. try it yourself

Oh goodnesss... the cake bars are in the oven right as I type this and it literally smells heavenly.. minty chocolatey heaven..

What better way to spend a rainy day than to bake stuff and for Jon to play a zombie killing game.. We are cool..


Soo My friend Kate gave me a suggestion for my blog... Pizza Fondue.  Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.. oh my gosssh. the only problem is you make it in a crock-pot and I have yet to acquire one of those.  Jon said he would buy me one eventually.  That will be the first recipe I will make in it.
So keep your eyes peeled for that. That is such a weird expression.. you cant peel your eyes.
