It's a go!

I've wanted to make Quinoa for a while now.  Only problem is I wasn't sure if Jon would approve of it.  He likes "man food" , I didn't think he would like "Girly fluff Quinoa" His family assured me that he would like it so last time I was at Kroger I picked up a bag.  I didn't know what to make for dinner but then I remembered I had that, so I made Quinoa and Marinated Chicken and Broccoli.  It actually turned out perfect! I made it with Chicken broth instead of just plain water.  I think that made all the difference.  So much more flavorful.  I would have pictures of this meal but I'm silly and forgot to take them.  Duuuh

( edit: we had leftovers so I took a picture of them)

Chicken and Broccoli and Quinoa

I've found my new favorite obsession! Froyo!

There's this place called Orange Leaf and it sells frozen yogurt.  You can pick ANY flavor and any kind of toppings you want.  I was reading one of the many blogs that I frequent and I read that there's this topping called Boba Balls. They sounded interesting and they had them at the frozen yogurt place so of course I tried them. Nothing less than amazing.. It's so good that Jon got a discount card.
Best Ever!
Soo I had a job interview today, Let's hope I get the job.. Only problem is its working with infants instead of 4 year olds which I have more experience with.  I'll apply to other schools too.. All I know is I want a job.  It was nice to have a break but I have too much time on my hands.  I've been pinning too many things on Pinterest.

So I guess this blogging is working out..  Just found out that my blog is the 29th search result that pops up if you search "Casserole for 6 people" Not sure if that is a good number or not, but I'm honored.   :)

Hope your Tuesday is going well!

Stay Tuned for Next Weeks S'mores Cookie Bars..
Lets see if they are better then S'mores
