Tonight's the night..
Well the other night I made French's Crunchy Onion Chicken. The ratings on the recipe are very high.. lets hope they arent wrong.
It was a lucky night.. We went to the store and after coming back home I assured Jon that we had all the ingredients and boy was I lucky because we needed one egg. Good thing I didn't end up making scrambled eggs with that leftover egg we had. We had just enough eggs.. thank goodness.. I didn't feel like going out in the hot sun again..
Jon actually helped in this recipe, he crushed up the Onion thingys.. Perfect job for him.
And thats that... :)

Cut up Biscuits |
Now... the other half of my blog is for fun... I am making Pizza Monkey Bread tonight..
Woo fun night tonight...Trying to have some fun before my busy week..
2 interviews in two days and going to New York on Sunday..
Pizza Monkey Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
All you need are :
1 tube of Biscuit dough
1 bag of shredded mozzerella cheese
1 can of pizza sauce
1 package of pepperoni
Cut up each biscuit into 4 pieces and set aside
The recipe I was following I got from Pinterest and she completely abandoned the recipe and it was a free for all. She said just layer the ingredients in any way. I layered pepperoni on the bottom and then some cheese and then the biscuits ( basically just use up the ingredients) This was a very fun recipe and it will turn into a yummy dinner.

doesn't it look good? |
Here is the finished product. I completely forgot to take a full picture of it, I told Jon to remind me once we let it cool but we were too excited to try it.. oh well.. It looked purrty.. well except for the fact that there was a lot of sauce so it was a little mushy.. haha but I assume that it was good because right after Jon tried it he said "this is damn good". You can't argue with that. That boy speaks the truth.
Also since this recipe called for a bundt pan I added a bundt pan to our cooking utensils/pans. I figured I might as well get it now, since I will most likely need to use it again.

Listening to music |
Little known fact about me:
When I cook or bake that usually means I am listening to music and may possibly be singing along or dancing.. I guess you'll never know because you aren't in my kitchen.. ;D
So recently I got a pen pal from this website called Reddit. She wrote me a letter and I got it today
( hi Kelly), she is awesome and likes cooking too! Can't wait to send back my letter!
Rachel, the pizza monkey bread sounds really yummy! I can see Jon loving it! - Alice
