Best Website Ever!
The other day I got the idea to make Calzones for dinner. I figured if I did an amazing job with the empanadas, why not make calzones... they are similar. I asked my friend Liz for a recipe, she gave me this one . It has a lot of veggies in it so I figured Jon wouldn't like them. I decided to just put what we wanted in them, Jon put in sausage and bacon bits and pepperoni and cheese, and I just put in red pepper, a tiny bit of sausage and some cheese. Apparently I should be a professional Calzone maker, they turned out perfect. I didn't get to take a picture of them, we were too excited to try them.
I signed up for this website, http://www.recipematcher.com/. You can type in ingredients that you have and it finds corresponding recipes. The last time we went to the store I tried to buy the food we needed for the week, probably wasn't a good idea since I couldn't find everything and we really didn't have the space for it all. I had the idea of making enchiladas on Saturday because I bought enchilada sauce, and had most of the ingredients already. Only problem is that I didn't have any meat to put in there so I decided to put in Old El Paso Tortilla Stuffers rice and Chicken. It actually tasted pretty good
The only problem with the enchiladas was I guess I got a smaller can of enchilada sauce, so it didn't cover all the enchiladas completely. It still tasted fine but they turned out a little more crispy. The recipe got Jon's approval. He wants us to try it again though.

Hmm.. What to make for dinner tonight. I think I want to make Tortellini and Garden Vegetables. I found the recipe on Pinterest, or maybe we can make Mac and Cheese. I'll check with Jon when he gets home.
