Happy Memorial day Everybody!

Jon and I finally decided on an apartment woo hooo! and Its only a few minutes away from his parents :) I bet they will love that.

So Jon and I didn't really have any definite plans for Memorial day, his mother invited us to their house for a cookout, but unfortunately its that time and I have the worst cramps ever...like the cramps that make you hate being a woman..  I was in so much pain that I made a heating pad out a pair of socks and rice.. ahh relief.  The only thing that is better then that is cuddling with a Kitty that sings Soft Kitty.  Cramps is a kind of sick.. right?

Any who.. I bet you didn't need to know any of that.

I was at the store the other day and wanted to make muffins, there were so many different fruits to choose from. Strawberries, Blueberries and Raspberries.  Jon said he wanted Blueberry Muffins so I figured I would make up my own recipe.

I  found a decent enough recipe and made some changes.   I used this Blueberry Muffin recipe and made it even better by mixing up a Cinnamon sugar topping.  They are delicious, and hopefully make me feel better.



Tonight for dinner we are having Burgers and Potato Salad and Pasta Salad.   I hope Jon doesn't eat all of the Pasta Salad ;)
