Friday was Jon's Graduation and going out to dinner with everyone. We had 8 people plus a very cute little Kyle.  We went to Carrabba's and had some yummy pasta and wine.
Saturday we got everything ready for Jon's Graduation party, and jumped in the pool to relax as the party started..  lots of people showed up for  his party and even Chris showed up before work.  We had a lot of fun with Kate and Blake and Kyle and partied on into the night .. Lol not really. We also found out that Libbie's party was cancelled for Sunday so we had another day to plan.
Sunday we didn't really do too much, hung around the  house with his Parents and Grandparents and Kate and Co. went to the airport.

On Sunday I helped his grandmother make a nice lunch for his mother. It was yummy.  On Monday Jon and I went to the Zoo.  We saw all the Lions and Bears and Birds and Meerkats.   On Tuesday his Grandmother told me that I was making dinner. Eek. Cooking for 6 people? (who let the cat out of the bag that I cook :) ) I had no idea what to make and was debating over recipes the whole day. Should  I make something impressive or something that I think would taste good. I settled on Pizza Casserole (from Pinterest)

Pizza Casserole
Jon and I were in charge of making the whole dinner : pizza casserole and a nice salad and sugar snap peas and all the cleaning.  The recipe wasn't too hard to make, the directions were sort of confusing to follow.  Up until dinner was on the table I was nervous that they wouldn't like dinner..but, It got rave reviews and Jon's grandfather and father both got seconds. His grandfather even said if I cooked this the first night I would have been cooking all the meals all week. I guess this means I passed my first test in cooking.  Every other recipe I've made I've just cooked for 2 ..guess I can cook for 6 now.   On to the next Challenge!

Also.. On Tuesday Jon and I went to Old Town Spring with his grandparents, We had lunch at a nice cafe and I found Apple Butter <3 <3 I used to have it on toast when I was little.
Best Thing Ever!
Next week I am going to make my mothers Strawberry Muffins.  They are always so moist and amazing.. I Cant wait to make them.
